Built and commissioned in 12 months
The Senagat Plastik plant for the production of plastic pallets was built in the period 2017–2018, in order to ensure the tasks of diversification and import substitution of products coming from other countries, as well as the possibility of entering the international market with competitive products produced in Turkmenistan.
Construction and commissioning of the facility were completed within 12 months. In 2018 the plant received the necessary permits and was put into commercial operation with a production capacity of 240,000 pallets per year.
In 2019 production was expanded, which allowed capacity to be increased to 480,000 pallets per year and the range of products to be widened.

Injection moulding, not press casting
The quality and reliability of a plastic pallet is decided by the process used to make it. The industry runs on three methods — this plant uses only one of them.

The equipment is manufactured in the United States. That pressure is what homogenises the melt and distributes the material evenly through the mould — and both load capacity and service life depend on it.

Static and dynamic load are different figures. Confusing them is expensive: a pallet specified on static load alone will not survive transport.
